Online magic show  for corporate meetings, family parties, Christmas parties, team meetings and all online gatherings.  A fully interactive virtual magic show in which you and your guests will have their minds read over the internet!  A unique live show carried out over Zoom, Microsoft teams , google hangouts lasting between 30 minutes to 1 hour. Edward Crawford is a full time professional magician and mind reader (performing a style of magic known as mentalism which specialises in reading minds and predicting thoughts). Online Magic Show

In 2016 I was asked by a well known international IT corporation if it would be possible to perform an online mind reading show at a  conference for their directors that would be taking place virtually at eight different locations throughout the world. This was a huge challenge and something I’d never considered before. The main issue was that the style of magic I perform, known as mentalism, relies on psychology and suggestion to read a person and generally that person needs to be in the same room and preferably standing directly in front of me. I spent the next couple of months creating a show and ultimately it was a huge success which resulted in me being hired by the same company to perform in person at their offices throughout the world. At the time I thought it was a shame that a show I’d worked so hard on would probably never be performed again. How wrong I was! Come March of 2020 and the Covid pandemic. Within weeks all my shows for the next year were cancelled. A few days later I was getting enquiries regarding an online show and over the next year I performed the show over 200 times. During this time the show has been honed to perfection so whether you require an online magic show for a corporate team event or a family and friends party this is the ideal show for your event.  A fully interactive show offering the theatrics of a real world stage show from the comfort of your home.

Virtual Magician

I have always felt that the only way to witness the true entertainment and, at times, art, of magic and mind reading is close up and in person. Television magic is often faked and sadly many are using camera trickery for online magic shows. My aim whilst creating this show was to offer the exact same performance you would see in the real world. No long drawn out card tricks that wouldn’t fool a child and no hands quickly going out of shot whilst I get up to no good. In this show I will read your mind and predict your behaviour using influence and suggestion in the exact same way as when you see me perform in the real world. As with any show I write there is a narrative running throughout so it offers a stage show experience, interlaced with dry humour, audience participation and interaction throughout and some of the most astonishing moments of mental magic you will ever witness.

Zoom Magic Show

Whilst Zoom seems to be the most popular way to perform this show it can also be performed over Skype, Google hangouts, Microsoft teams and pretty much any other format that I may yet have heard of. If you’re unsure of how to use this software I can talk you through how to download it and work with it. Trust me if a Luddite like me can work it so can you.

How long is the show?

I think the ideal length for an online show is 40 minutes. It can be longer or shorter depending on requirements.

Very. Some parts involve everyone and some 2 or 3 people at a time. No matter how many people watching you will be involved!

I’m working on editing together a video of some of my online shows but I’m attempting to do it myself and quite frankly I’m an idiot when it comes to anything computer related so this may take a while. I do have hours of unedited footage from these online shows so if you’re desperate to see something get in touch and I’ll send you a link.

How many people can watch?

As many or as few as you like. I’ve done the show for just 2 people up to about 200. As long as they have access to a computer screen they can watch and no worries about having someone really tall wearing a top hat  (people still wear those right?), sitting in front of you.

What will I see in the show?

The easiest answer is mind reading. This is what I specialise in, using psychology and suggestion I will read your minds and influence your decisions. This isn’t a magic show masquerading as a mind reading show. Watch this show and experience the most genuine form of mind reading you will ever witness.

What ages is the show suitable for?

So I’m an adult performer but this particular show is suitable for all ages, some elements just may be a little confusing for younger viewers.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Just your beautiful minds.

Is this just a corporate online magic show?

Whilst the majority of my shows have been for corporate events and team meetings this is just as suitable for groups of families and friends.
